I had a fabulous experience! I was taken back to an exam room as soon as I finished my paper work. The assistant was very friendly, yet very professional. When she gave me a shot to numb the area of the biopsy, I didn’t even feel it! Dr. Raskin was great!

From the care I personally have received to the care both my daughters are receiving, The staff is extremely professional, kind and have made us feel as we are their only patients. Dr. A is wonderful and his assistant Kim is extremely sweet and caring – Excellent bed side manner. The Dr who did Laser on my daughter, Dr. Shahavari was so thoughtful and professional with an excellent bedside manner. The esthetician who is currently treating my other daughter is also wonderful So I think it’s safe to say with all the various treatments my family has experiences, this office is top quality!! When a patient enters a medical office he/she puts himself on-guard for whatever bad news may come his way. But when CANCER is a possibility, a frightful emotion is stirred up. One of the best remedies for nerves is an understanding and comforting. First, nurse who doesn’t treat you like a number but a person with emotions. I have been so greeted with nearly all in your office but my first visit left a continuing impression by Kim Bertman, Thank you.

I called today at 1:50pm needing an injection for a flaed and deep facial pimple/bump. Since yu were going to be clsoed for four days to celebrate Thanksgiving, the receptionist volunteered to find out if a doctor could squeeze me in today. The answer was “yes” and I had an appt. in 20 mins. Everyone on the phone and in the office was friendly. Excellent service!
