Insurance

All patients are responsible for co-pays and charges for services rendered. For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit credit cards. We will also file your insurance claims for you.

In many circumstances the actual charges will be those determined by your insurance carrier and the payments are regulated by our contracts with them. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular service will be a covered benefit nor can we guarantee that your insurance carrier will pay for services. If you have questions regarding coverage please call your carrier for the most up to date information.

Insurance companies have a legal obligation to pay for services within thirty days. When the carriers do not perform within these parameters we will turn to you for payment. Please see our Financial Agreement for details.

Billing Questions and Additional Fees
All billing and collections are under the auspices of an outside company.

California State Law requires that all co-pays and deductibles be collected. We cannot waive these under any circumstances.

Please see our Financial Policy for details, which may also be viewed on our website.

Refunds
All refunds go through our business office, and require on average three weeks.
