Rosacea

We use the V Beam Laser to help reduce or even eliminate the redness associated with such conditions as visible blood vessels, Rosacea, red birthmarks or red stretch marks. The V Beam Laser may also be used to stimulate the growth of collagen.

We perform V Beam Laser treatment on an outpatient basis using a topical anesthetic to minimize any discomfort associated with the treatment. Using a specially designed light, the V Beam Laser targets the affected area, increasing the temperature of the red blood cells in the vessel, causing the vessel wall to close. In some cases, a series of treatments over a period of time may be require to achieve optimum results.

While all procedures have some degree of risk and minor complications, major complications with the V Beam Laser are very rare. Our physicians will discuss any risks associated with your particular case during the consultation.
